Summer season is generally considered to be the best time of year, with it's hot weather, longer days, and holiday season, however, for many men (and women) the hotter months of the year can be a real nightmare for our hair.

A good, clean diet and plenty of exercise can go a long way to improving the health of your hair. Never underestimate a healthy lifestyle - your hair is no different to any other part of your body - the better you treat it, the more it will thrive.
